This Privacy Policy explains how Next Deal ("Next Deal," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit nxtdeal.co, contact us, or use our advisory services and client platform (together, the "Services").

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you fill out an inquiry, we collect the contact and company information you provide, your role, industry, area of interest, business challenge, and any optional budget, timeline, or project details. Inquiries are processed through Netlify Forms and the existing notification workflow so we can review and respond. Do not submit sensitive personal records or confidential client data through the public form.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our site, we may automatically collect standard technical information such as your device and browser type, general location (derived from IP), pages viewed, and referring links. We use this to understand how the site is used and to keep it secure.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiries and schedule and deliver advisory sessions.
• To provide, operate, and improve the Services and the client platform.
• To review and analyze documents you choose to share with us or with Atlas.
• To send you information you request and, where permitted, relevant updates about our Services.
• To maintain the security, integrity, and performance of our site.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

3. Documents and materials you share

If you upload documents or provide business materials for review, we treat them as confidential and use them solely to provide the Services you have requested — including analysis by our team and by Atlas, our AI advisor. We do not sell your documents, and we do not share them except with the service providers described below who help us operate the Services, or where required by law.

AI processing

Atlas is powered by Anthropic, an AI provider we use as a subprocessor. When you chat with Atlas or ask it to review a document, the relevant content is sent to Anthropic's API over an encrypted connection so the model can generate a response. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, this content is not used to train their models and is retained by Anthropic only briefly for operational and safety purposes before deletion. AI features stay switched off entirely unless we have enabled them for your account; when off, no content is sent to any AI provider. Atlas assists our advisory work — it does not replace professional legal, financial, tax, or medical advice.

4. Cookies and analytics

The website retains its existing Cloudflare Web Analytics integration on applicable pages. The introduction form can include campaign source, medium, and campaign labels from the current page only when you select the optional attribution checkbox. This choice is not required to submit an inquiry. The site stores your animation preference locally in your browser. No new advertising pixel or third-party audience-identification integration is introduced by the current website update.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers who host our site, process form submissions, deliver email, and provide analytics or infrastructure, under obligations to protect your data.
• Legal and safety reasons, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required to comply with the law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights and safety of others.
• Business transfers, if Next Deal is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you of any change.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information and shared documents for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain our business records, and meet legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it. You may request deletion at any time (see "Your rights" below).

7. How we protect your information

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to promptly address any issues.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. 9. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy practices.

10. Children's privacy

Our Services are intended for business professionals and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Policy.
